Design
You can start your design by browsing search engines on various uniform designs. Research other local schoold uniforms.

Fabric

When it comes to fabric, comfort is primary consideration. It should be durable for normal school or office activities. Cost and style will play a crucial in the deciding which fabric best suits your need.
Logos
Embroidered logos are often preferred because of lasting quality. But if it's just a fewer uniforms, it is not cost effective. There is also an option for direct embroidery on the fabric or on a patch; the latter is less costly.
Avoid Fashion Trends
School unirofms are not high fashion. It is always best to start with a modest design and gradually add-on more options. Less is more.
Sizes
Sizes matter and it is important thing to consider.
